Improve the aesthetics of your smile

The purpose of ceramic veneers is to correct one or more teeth that present changes in color, shape and size. Currently, among the various aesthetic treatment options, dental veneers are considered one of the most conservative treatments, that is, minimally invasive, since almost all of the original dental structure is preserved.

Adapted to each patient

The treatment with dental veneers is personalized. Each case has special characteristics and must be planned taking into account three fundamental aspects: the clinical need, the patient's aesthetic expectation and the orientation of the treatment to a natural and harmonious final result.

Applied to both jaws

Dental veneers can be applied to both the teeth of the upper jaw and the teeth of the lower jaw. Although the smile is more associated with the upper teeth, in some clinical cases it is necessary to incorporate the lower teeth for a more balanced final aesthetic. On the other hand, treatment with dental veneers is also considered in cases of functional rehabilitation, namely in cases where the teeth are very worn.

Procedure

Treatment with dental veneers is minimally invasive. This means that the treated teeth retain at the end of the treatment more than 95% of their original structure and only a gentle polishing of the external surface of the tooth is done. The treatment is carried out in two consultations and is painless. We also recommend a semi-annual visit to the hygienist for the maintenance of facets and gingival health throughout life.

Made of pure ceramic

The Dental veneers are manufactured at the dental laboratory by our ceramists. They are precisely adapted to the structure of each tooth and adhered to a rigorous and painless clinical process. The ceramics that constitute them are of high resistance and aesthetics despite being pieces of very thin thickness (usually between 1 to 1.5 mm thick).

Clinical Case 1

This 45-year-old patient had a smile that she considered unsightly, as a result of color changes and tooth wear. In this case, the patient accepted a treatment in stages, in which first facets were placed in the upper jaw, and later, in a second phase, an external whitening of the teeth of the lower jaw was performed.

Clinical Case 2

This 36-year-old patient had both upper central incisors restored on her external face with composite and the patient considered them "ugly and spleen". It was then proposed and carried out the treatment with two ceramic facets, thus restoring the aesthetics, and for that purpose the existing composites in these teeth were removed.

Clinical Case 3

The 31-year-old patient attended the consultation with complaints of sensitivity associated with the teeth of the upper jaw. The teeth had large composite restorations, which were performed years before in the treatment of carious lesions. In this case, in a first phase, all the upper jaw restorations were replaced and the aesthetics were improved by means of ceramic veneers.

Clinical Case 4

The 38-year-old patient urgently attended the consultation after suffering a trauma while riding a skateboard. The patient had no sensitivity but had a very high aesthetic expectation. A conservative and minimally invasive treatment was then carried out with ceramic veneers that best mimics the natural tooth and adapts to the patient's gums.

Clinical Case 5

This 30-year-old patient has been treated over the years with composites to correct the diastemas (the spaces) between the teeth and alter the different shapes that the incisor teeth had. After these different clinical acts, the patient sought a more definitive and more aesthetic treatment, with ceramic veneers that stabilized the aesthetics and the final shape of the teeth.

Cllinical Case 6

The patient had a diastema and a change in the shape of the incisor teeth that he considered unsightly. However, he was looking for a solution that would not de-characterize him and, as such, that would partially maintain the space between his teeth. That was how a treatment with ceramic veneers was carried out that corrected the patient's aesthetic problem.
